MR138 was built with one clear goal — to be an online entertainment platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. Beyond just offering games, we create an experience that is safe, fair and enjoyable for every user.
MR138 is more than just a name in Malaysia's online gambling industry — we are a community built on trust, transparency and a passion for delivering the best gaming experience to every member.
We started this journey with one simple truth in mind: Malaysian players deserve better. Better security, better game selection, faster withdrawals and better customer service. That is the foundation on which mr138 was built.
Our platform was built by a professional team with extensive experience in the internationally licensed gaming industry, with a deep understanding of local players' preferences and habits. We are not a foreign company simply "entering" the Malaysian market — we understand the local context, including payment options, language, peak playing hours, and the most popular game types.
Since launch, mr138 has served hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu, from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching. Every one of them is living proof that trust built consistently leads to a strong and loyal community.
Every milestone we achieve is the result of our members' trust and the relentless hard work of our team striving to be better.
Six core pillars that define the exceptional gaming experience at mr138
Every transaction at mr138 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's major banks. Your personal and financial data is never exposed to third parties without your consent. An automated fraud detection system operates around the clock to ensure all activity on your account is legitimate.
Your winnings are processed within an average of 15 minutes via DuitNow, TnG eWallet, GrabPay, FPX, and various other methods. No hidden fees, no confusing conditions — what you win is what you receive. MR138 maintains sufficient fund liquidity to process your withdrawals at any time, day or night.
From Asia-themed video slots to live casino tables with professional dealers, mr138 offers a wide variety of games from leading international providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming and more. The game library is updated regularly so there's always something new to discover.
The mr138 app is built specifically for Malaysian players who game on their smartphones. A clean interface, fast load times and intuitive navigation mean you can enjoy your favourite games without interruption — whether on home WiFi or mobile data on the go.
The mr138 support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat, Telegram and WhatsApp. All our support agents speak Malay and English, understand the common issues faced by Malaysian players and are trained to provide fast, accurate solutions without wasting your time.
The mr138 VIP Program is designed not just to look good on paper — it delivers real benefits to our loyal members. From higher withdrawal limits and exclusive cashback to birthday bonuses and a personal account manager for Diamond members, every VIP tier offers perks you will genuinely feel.
Our mission is simple yet meaningful: to be Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platform — trusted in security, fair in gaming, and transparent in payouts.
Mr138's long-term vision is to grow alongside the Malaysian player community, listening to their feedback and adapting the platform to genuine user needs — not simply following global industry trends.
We believe the true measure of an online gambling platform isn't the total deposits collected, but the number of players who come back every day because they trust and feel comfortable with the experience provided.
We don't hide terms, add confusing rollover conditions or change the rules without clear notice. Every promotion, every bonus and every mr138 policy is written in plain language that any regular player can understand.
The safety of members' funds and personal information is something we never compromise on. mr138's technical infrastructure is continuously updated to the latest security standards, with regular penetration testing by independent experts.
Every decision we make — whether adding new games, adjusting the bonus structure, or raising withdrawal limits — is made with our members' best interests in mind first. Member feedback is the primary guide for our platform's direction.
The online gaming industry never stops evolving, and mr138 evolves right along with it. We invest in the latest technology, hire the best people and constantly look for ways to deliver a better experience to every member.
MR138 takes responsible gaming seriously. Our platform is equipped with self-protection tools, support for players who need assistance and a strict policy against underage participation. We play for fun, not to cause harm.
This isn't just a promise — it's the operating standard we uphold every single day
"We didn't build mr138 to be the biggest platform — we built it to be the most trusted. Every day, we wake up with one question: what more can we do to make sure our members feel that choosing to join us was the best decision they ever made? That's what keeps us moving forward."
